FLYYPOD® Shipping Policy

At FLYYPOD®, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest service standards.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne distribution facility.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Orders over AU$275 — FREE standard shipping

Orders under AU$275 — Calculated at checkout

Final shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of delivery delay.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes


Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days


Please note:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather events, peak periods, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control are not grounds for refund.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

We recommend providing a delivery address that is attended during business hours.

If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected, parcels may be left unattended at your nominated address at your own risk.

FLYYPOD® is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once goods have been delivered, signed for, or left at your nominated address in accordance with delivery instructions.


Freight Forwarding Services

To protect product authenticity and customer experience, FLYYPOD® does not permit delivery to freight forwarding services.

Orders placed using freight forwarding addresses may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
