FLYYPOD® Return Policy

At FLYYPOD®, we are committed to delivering premium, sustainable travel comfort goods that you love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

 


30-Day Returns (Online Purchases Only)

We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from flyypod.com.

To initiate a return, please email thelounge@flyypod.com within 30 days of purchase, stating your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request has been approved:

  • Items must be sent back within 5 days of approval.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as FLYYPOD® is not responsible for items lost in transit.

If your purchase was made through a third-party retailer, returns must be arranged directly with them and are subject to their return policy.

 


Return Conditions

All returned merchandise must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in brand new, original condition

  • Have all hangtags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

FLYYPOD® reserves the right to deny a refund if returned items do not meet these requirements.

When returning multiple orders, each order must be shipped separately as per the return instructions provided.

 


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable (unless faulty due to defects in materials or workmanship):

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Items purchased from the Outlet section

  • Replacement items

  • Sleep Masks (for hygiene reasons)

 


Refunds

Once your return is received at our office:

 

  • Returns are processed within 5–10 business days (most within 5 days).

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7 days of processing.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Credit card and transaction processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

All refunds are issued at the discretion of FLYYPOD®.

 


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product is confirmed to have a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide further instructions and may cover return shipping costs where applicable.

 


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
