THERMOLITE® FL-3ED ECOMADE™

EcoMade™ is a fully sustainable alternative to traditional down fillings. This lightweight insulation is produced using GRS certified 100% post-consumer PET and plastic bottles. The process re-uses a considerable number of bottles, which would otherwise have ended up in landfill or in our oceans. Using PET instead of oil emits fewer greenhouse gases to help lighten our impact on the planet and protect energy reserves for future generations.

This uniquely woven nylon fabric is made entirely from ocean and landfill waste in a renewable energy driven process. The breakdown is done without the use of chemical agents using only temperature and steam. Prueco™, owned by Prutex Nylon Co. Ltd, is the Recognised trademark for recycled nylon and Carries the official global recycled standard.

SILVADUR™ ANTIBACTERIAL COATING

Treated with Silvadur™ 900 for superior protection and peace of mind. Silvadur™ 900 from DuPont is a polymer-based Antimicrobial. Combining the elemental powers of silver ions with a patented delivery system, this novel process controls the ions release thereby preventing discolouration and early silver exhaustion. Silvadur™ 900 inhibits the growth of microbes and offers high-calibre protection, durability and freshness while also creating an effective antimicrobial shield.

 

HEALFIBER™ BIOMASS GRAPHENE

Healfiber® is a unique new multifunctional composite fibre material using Biomass based Graphene. It is a one atom thick layer of tightly bonded carbon atoms, arranged in a hexagonal or honeycomb lattice making It the strongest, thinnest, most conducive and breathable material on the planet. Biomass graphene uses corn cob cellulose as a raw material and is produced by a special process called GCA ( Patent No: ZL 2015 1 0096254.2 ). There is no chemical pollution through the entire production process. In addition to providing anti-bacterial properties, it is anti static, incredibly soft, durable and lightweight, and being a super conductor, it disperses heat from your breath instantly, making it the perfect choice for face masks.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

All of our products are useful, honest and aesthetic. Designed right down to the last detail and made from high quality recycled materials to be long lasting and go with you everywhere. All trims and hardware are durable and tested to sustain many washes and dry cleaning. Stitched with high quality yarn that wont break and seams are safety stitched where needed and are twin needled for durability and strength. Our ‘alterna­­­tive down’ cells are sewn completely through in order to prevent the fill from shifting. This also ensures that after washing it recovers for a fuller softer

Carbon offset units are generated from activities that prevent, reduce or remove greenhouse gas emissions from being released into the atmosphere.
